As stated in your Chicago Primal Gym membership agreement, if you have a 12 month membership you have the option to freeze your membership if you are injured or traveling.
- Membership freeze requests must be submitted no less than 10 business days before your next scheduled payment date. Any payments that occur due to failure to give the required notice are non-refundable. Membership freeze requests are limited to three times per calendar year and must be for a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 3 months.
- All freezes must have an end date at the time requested. No open ended hold are permissible with the exception of a signed medical release.
- Upon expiration of the freeze period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. If you chose to cancel your membership during the freeze period, the standard 60-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. - If you return to training prior to your requested freeze duration is completed, please fill out the form below to reactivate your membership.
